CORVETTE Z06 Black Xpel Paint Protection Film & OPTIMUM GLOSS COAT

Beautiful 2015 Black Corvette Z06 booked for a special detail involving full body Xpel paint protection film similar to our Laguna Blue Stingray Install. On top of the film was installation of Optimum Gloss Coat for a balance of shine & easy maintenance. Day one included full decontamination, polishing, and intensive crevice cleaning for proper film adhesion. I found three spots with DA sanding marks that were eliminated easily with the Meguiars DA Microfiber system. Hendrick Auto Guard was installed prior to delivery, a ton of residue on the panels as well as faint swirling all over the paint. Claybar definitely set a super clean base for polishing and film installation. After film was installed (with great patience), all surfaces and edges were properly cleansed for application of Optimum Gloss Coating. One unique detail that included proper paint protection, a ton of custom templates for various aerodynamic splitters, and easy glossy protection. This Corvette Z06 was a tough one, all due to the black paint and extremely long panels.
